There’s one “task” that stands out a bit for my clients as they go through my Finding Mr Dateable program.
But I honestly believe it’s one of the best ways to get in touch with your most luxurious feminine self, feel amazing and reduce your stress.
When you’re doing it regularly you’ll also exude confidence and sexuality - which men will most definitely pick up on. And more importantly, will make you feel incredible.
This “technique” also:
helps you manage stress, weight and cognitive function;
decreases anxiety;
brings on pleasure, desire and motivation; and
improves your (future) sex life!
A journalist who tried it for half an hour daily for a week reported she also slept better, was able to switch off from her to do list, and felt more connected with her own body.

Often rarely discussed with your female friends and hushed up in the press. Yet 78% of the population “indulge”.
And if you’re not doing it regularly, I would strongly recommend that you give it a try.
Not only will it lower your stress, help you sleep and give you a massive pleasure rush (no chocolate required). It will also improve your future sex life - how can you expect a future partner to know what turns you on the most, when you don’t even know yourself?
Play around with techniques, toys, fantasies, locations… and work out what you like best.
But even just a few “generic” minutes between the sheets can really make a significant change in the way you think and feel.
A friend of Mr Kat who had never had an orgasm before tried solo sex every day in the bath until she experienced one - and hasn’t looked back since!
There is no right or wrong way
Duration, frequency, techniques - these are all up to you. Don’t put pressure on yourself, it doesn’t matter if you orgasm or not. This is time for you.
To explore your body. To experience pleasure. To switch off and relax.
