Discover what you really want and how to blend that into the realities of mothering in the modern world.
An experience tailored to you
Only you know what you truly need and desire. Show up as you are and choose from a range of experiences and practices. These can include intuitive readings, hypnotherapy, equine therapy, traditional coaching, journal prompts, deep rest in nature or a walk in our surrounding ancient woodland. Whatever you choose will be a safe haven to fully explore what your mind, body and soul need.

In a world where most people will tell you it's the outcome that matters most, it can feel like you have to sweep your feelings and experiences about your birth under the carpet. The focus is often solely on your physical recovery and the needs of your baby. It can leave you wanting to tell a story that no-one seems to want to hear.
Process what you're truly feeling
In the mix of hormones, sleep deprivation and overwhelm that follow birth, it can be hard to identify what you're actually feeling and why. Common feelings from an unprocessed birth can include insomnia, anxiety, irritability, reoccurring thoughts, feeling constantly close to tears, struggling to connect with your baby or your own body, and pressure in your relationships. Having a space to identify what you're feeling and why can be hugely beneficial in shifting these.
