Moonkeeper

A seasonal online circle for women to pause, reconnect and be held

About Moonkeeper

Moonkeeper is a space for women who want to slow down, reconnect, and feel more at home within themselves — without pressure to fix, perform, or become anything other than who they already are.

It’s inspired by nature’s rhythms — the solstices and equinoxes, the old seasonal festivals, and the steady pulse of the moon — and shaped around one simple truth:

We aren’t meant to live disconnected from our inner rhythms.

At its heart, Moonkeeper is about returning — to yourself, to what matters, and to a pace that feels human.

Moonkeeper Circles

The Moonkeeper Circle is the first ongoing expression of this work.

It’s a small, held online space that gathers once each month around the New Moon, offering continuity, grounding, and gentle reconnection — especially for women navigating motherhood, transition, or full and demanding lives.

Each Circle opens with grounding and aligning with the season, moves into a longer guided meditation, offers a few reflective questions, and closes gently — with space to integrate and share if you wish.

Each Circle is centred around guided meditation — this is the core of my work — supported by seasonal and lunar themes drawn from nature’s cycles.

Following meditation, I often offer a symbolic prompt — sometimes through an oracle card — as a way to reflect, articulate, and gently integrate what’s arisen.

This is not a course.
There’s nothing to keep up with.
And there’s no expectation to share or participate in any particular way.

It’s simply a place to arrive.

What to expect

  • One live online Circle each month (60–75 minutes)

  • Guided meditation at the heart of every session

  • Themes inspired by the moon and the seasons

  • A calm, respectful space — sharing is always optional

  • Replays available if you can’t attend live

The Circle is UK-based and gathers during the daytime. Timing is also designed to cater for the Middle East.

What you’re joining isn’t content, but continuity — a held space and community you can return to, month by month.

Many women join live when they can, and treat the replay as a private ritual when life doesn’t allow — both are equally welcome.

New Moon: 17 April 2026
Coming Home

An invitation to settle, ground, and gently emerge into the new season — reconnecting with yourself after winter’s inward pull.

Founding Circle

This first group will be the founding Moonkeeper Circle.

That means:

  • the Circle will be kept intentionally small

  • the tone and rhythm will be shaped together

  • founding members are offered a lower, locked-in rate

Founding rate:

  • £28 per month

  • or £300 for the year

You’re free to stay for as long as the Circle serves you — and to leave whenever it no longer does, without explanation or awkwardness.

Is this for you?

This space is for women who:

  • feel drawn to seasonal living and inner reflection

  • want depth without dogma

  • value gentleness over intensity

  • are craving continuity, not more content

Many women in the Circle are mothers or caregivers, but you don’t need to be — just drawn to this pace and depth.

It’s not designed for those looking for:

  • step-by-step teaching

  • constant interaction

  • therapy or emotional processing

  • productivity or self-improvement goals

In person Moonkeeper Gatherings

Alongside the online Moonkeeper Circle, I also host in-person Gatherings — seasonal spaces to meet, reflect, and reconnect in real life.

These gatherings follow the same rhythm and values as the Circle: rooted in nature’s cycles, guided meditation, and a calm, held atmosphere — simply expressed in person rather than online.

Some women choose to attend Gatherings only.
Some join the Circle to stay connected between events.
Many move between both, depending on the season of life they’re in.

If you’ve heard about the Gatherings and are looking for more information, you can find upcoming dates and details here:
