What is hypnotherapy?


Hypnotherapy is an incredibly powerful tool that deep dives into your subconscious mind to uncover and overcome blocks. Through the power of suggestions given to your subconscious mind, you can change your thought processes, which then feeds into your emotions, energy and your physical body and actions. 

How does it work?


My hypnotherapy sessions start with a chat about your current frustration and how you feel you’d like to overcome it. We then discuss the best ways that hypnotherapy can overcome this, before formulating your session or sessions. 


As we go through the hypnotic process we can uncover any blocks or issues that are stopping you from being where you want to be. When you come back into your conscious mind, the suggestions from the hypnotic process will remain in your subconscious mind and allow you to start easily making the changes in your day to day life.


Hypnotherapy can be used in almost any context, but is often popular for anxiety, stress, weight loss, insomnia, self-confidence, controlling alcohol intake, fears and phobias, procrastination and pain management.
