About The Event

Interacting with Horses
Horses have an innate ability to read our bodies, understanding what is really going on inside us. Even if that hasn't yet reached our conscious mind. Horses understand your body language and emotions better than any human can. Interacting with these animals can uncover hidden emotions, tensions and pressures. These loving creatures create a safe space for you to gently realise and release these.
Simply spending time in their presence can have a deeply healing effect. Being in the presence of horses boosts your confidence, self-esteem, communication, trust, and spiritual connection. It also releases endorphins and serotonin, helping reduce stress and depression.
In this session, you'll have the opportunity to explore unwanted emotions and stresses that you'd like to release. With some fully guided, non-ridden activities with the horses you'll have the opportunity to heal and soothe mind, body and soul.
