About The Event
We live in fast paced world. Our environment and our minds are full of things we must achieve. We are constantly being pushed or are pushing ourselves to do more and more. This is not the natural state for your body. Your natural body status is homeostasis. It is is essential that you allow your body to reach this state so that it can repair and rejuvenate itself so that you can keep up with the life you want to lead. To live at your full potential.
Every other Monday, take some time for yourself to unwind, relax and release the stresses and tensions you carry around with you in your day to day life. Each fortnight, you will learn some new techniques that you can use in your daily life to reduce stress, anxiety and tension. Start living the carefree, stress free and fulfilling life that you desire and deserve.
During the meditation, you’ll be guided to reach the brain frequency associated with meditation and higher sensory perception. You'll be able to detach from the stories of your mind, release the tension in your body and ensure a true state of peace and calm.
This session is run on donation basis - so you can give what you can afford.

Join Equus Life Coach and Hypnotherapist Kat Winny for a deeply relaxing hypnotic meditation to release stress and anxiety.
Kat is a warm, open practitioner who uses a mixture of meditation techniques as well as inducing deeper relaxation through hypnotic induction techniques. It is her aim to make all participants feel welcome, relaxed and come out better equipped to deal with the stresses and strains of everyday life.
