Are you are a driven, outwardly successful woman looking to make changes and steps forward in 2018? Start your new year with a transformational workshop led by an inspiring team of experts, to set your goals for 2019 and beyond 


You can expect to get an intimate and intuitive insight into your current behaviour patterns and outlook on life, which may surprise you greatly...Quite often we are held back by the things we are not aware of, and get frustrated by where we are at - having the crystal clear, honest feedback from a gentle, compassionate creature can help pinpoint exactly what is holding you back and what you can focus on in 2019. Your one-on-one coaching session with Kat and her horses will provide just that. 


Your journey will continue through a series of yoga and meditation sessions where you will get in touch with your body, your self-talk and your approach. This is not just yoga, this is conscious movement that brings a true insight into how you approach life, and how you speak to yourself.


With these revelations in mind, you will be guided through the science and methodology behind effective goal setting, so you set your goals in a way that makes them on purpose, realistic and completely tailored to your own individual needs.


You will leave the workshop with your own personal action plan to get you aligned and on-track for 2019. To keep you on track, you’ll have a one-on-one coaching session after the workshop, to follow up on any questions and keep you motivated to implement the goals in your personal life.

A.J. is a wellness coach and yoga/meditation instructor with private and corporate clients in Dubai, Paris, London, and Los Angeles. Over the past 15 years she has studied various types of physical movement to understand how the body's use of potential and kinetic energy effect mental well being.


Her interdisciplinary approach to wellness coaching and yoga/movement instruction is based on a philosophy of developing clients’ awareness and ability to practice self-care in real time.

Kat Winny

Kat is a life coach, equine facilitated trainer, hypnotherapist and wellness guru. Kat helps busy women get out of their heads and into their bodies, learning to reconnect with themselves to get the most out of their lives.


Kat trained with the Koelle Institute and offers truly unique personal transformation experiences using the wisdom and gentleness of horses. Through her indepth understanding of behavioural patterns and intuitive interpretation of the honest feedback from the horses, Kat is able to help clients understand what is holding them and uncover what they need to move forward.
